Rolfing(Structural Integration®
Reconnect with Your Body. Restore Balance. Move Through Life with Greater Ease.
For more than sixteen years, Rolfing® Structural Integration has been one of the primary ways I've helped people reconnect with themselves through their bodies.
Many people initially seek Rolfing because they're living with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, feeling restricted in their movement, or wanting to improve athletic performance. While those can all be meaningful reasons to begin, I've found that the work often becomes something much deeper.
Our bodies continually adapt to the experiences of our lives. Injuries, repetitive movements, emotional stress, athletic training, long hours at a desk, and the simple process of living all leave their mark. Over time, these adaptations can create patterns of tension, restriction, and compensation that affect not only how we move, but how we breathe, stand, and experience ourselves.
Rolfing is an invitation to explore those patterns with curiosity rather than force.
Through skilled hands-on work, movement education, and increased body awareness, Rolfing helps restore balance within the body's fascial system, allowing movement to become more efficient, posture to feel more natural, and the body to organize itself with greater ease.
Although my practice has expanded to include legal psilocybin facilitation, I continue to offer Rolfing because I believe embodiment is fundamental to healing. Whether someone comes to see me for bodywork or for a psychedelic journey, the intention is ultimately the same: developing a deeper relationship with yourself.
For some people, Rolfing is a stand-alone experience that transforms how they move through the world. For others, it becomes an important part of preparing for or integrating insights gained through psychedelic work. Either way, the body is not simply something we carry through life—it is where life is experienced.
What Is Rolfing® Structural Integration?
Rolfing® Structural Integration is a specialized form of hands-on bodywork that works with the body's connective tissue, known as fascia, to improve balance, movement, posture, and overall body awareness.
Rather than focusing only on where pain is located, Rolfing looks at how your entire body functions as an interconnected system. Through skilled manual work, movement education, and increased awareness, restrictions within the body can gradually release, allowing you to move with greater ease, efficiency, and comfort.
While many people initially seek Rolfing because of pain or injury, others come simply because they want to feel more connected to their bodies, move more freely, or support their overall well-being.
Here, creativity meets opportunity. Whatever you're building, we're here to help you take the first step with confidence. Driven by curiosity and built on purpose, this is where bold thinking meets thoughtful execution. Let’s create something meaningful together.
My Approach
After more than sixteen years as a Certified Rolfer®, I've found that every body tells a story.
Sometimes that story begins with an old injury. Sometimes it's years of repetitive movement, demanding athletic training, chronic stress, or simply the way we've learned to move through life.
Rather than chasing symptoms, I listen for patterns.
My sessions combine structural bodywork, movement education, breath awareness, and a trauma-informed approach that respects your body's own pace. The intention isn't to force change, but to create the conditions where your body can discover a more balanced and efficient way of organizing itself.
Every session is different because every person is different.
Who I Work With
Rolfing may be helpful if you're experiencing:
• Chronic tension or persistent discomfort
• Limited mobility or movement restrictions
• Recovery from injury
• Athletic training or performance goals
• Stress that's showing up in your body
• A desire to improve posture, balance, and body awareness
• Curiosity about developing a deeper relationship with your body
I also work with individuals who choose to incorporate bodywork into a broader process of preparation or integration for psilocybin experiences.
Whether your goal is relief from physical discomfort or simply feeling more at home in your body, sessions are always tailored to your individual needs.
Rolfing & Embodied Psychedelia
Why Rolfing & Embodied Psychedelia?
People occasionally ask why Rolfing is part of a practice centered around embodiment and legal psilocybin therapy.
For me, they have always belonged together.
Both invite us to slow down.
Both encourage us to listen rather than fix.
Both remind us that lasting change often begins by becoming more aware of ourselves.
Some clients schedule Rolfing before their psilocybin therapy to deepen body awareness and establish a stronger connection with their nervous system before entering an expanded state of consciousness.
Others return after a psilocybin journey because they want support integrating what they've experienced, not just intellectually, but physically.
Neither approach depends on the other.
Rolfing is a complete practice in its own right, just as psilocybin therapy is.
Together, they simply offer different doorways into the same intention: living with greater presence, awareness, and embodiment.
What to Expect
Sessions last approximately 60 or 90 minutes and are individualized to your goals.
Using skilled hands-on work, movement education, breath awareness, and ongoing communication, we'll explore how your body is organizing itself and where greater ease may be possible.
Some sessions focus on relieving long-held patterns of tension. Others explore movement, posture, athletic performance, or simply cultivating greater awareness within the body.
You don't need to know anything about Rolfing before your first appointment.
